Picking software is where projects get stuck. Pricing pages are written to sell, so these calculators do the arithmetic instead.

How the calculators work

Each calculator stores the published prices, fees and limits of every tool it covers, with the date and the page each fact was read from. You enter your own usage (students, subscribers, calls, listings, videos) and it multiplies it out. Prices are re-checked on a schedule and every change is logged on the calculator's own site.

How we make money

Some calculators contain affiliate links, marked as such. If you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Rankings follow the numbers and fixed rules; commission never changes the order, and tools without an affiliate programme are listed the same way.
